Our catering assistants are a dedicated group of hard working individuals experienced at working on a wide range of shows. They work long hours in difficult conditions but maintain the high level of professionalism that we require.
Often one of the hardest jobs on site, in this demanding are of work we are pleased to offer friendly staff fully versed in Food Hygiene Safety with a diverse array of culinary skills.
Many of our catering team have been with us for a number of years and have experience working on a wide range of projects from small shows to outdoor catering sites at festivals and stadium shows. They are more than used to working under pressure to deal with the high volumes of diners and are equally adept at food preparation as they are kitchen cleaning and serving.
